Sagi Elster holds a Master's degree in International Relations from Cambridge University, UK, and a Bachelor degree in Philosophy from Tel Aviv University. His research interests include the concept of collective intelligence, innovations in governance, and participatory decision-making processes. As a Fox International Fellow at Yale University, Sagi examines the workings of collective intelligence in public policy design, in the workplace and in the schooling system.
