Rayner Teo

Rayner Teo is a recent Yale College graduate with a B.A. in Ethics, Politics and Economics. As an undergraduate, his academic interests included political philosophy, social policy, and inequality. His interest in South Africa stems from the fact that almost uniquely in the world, the socioeconomic rights granted under the South African constitution are being fleshed out and given substance by the courts. He will be studying how social capital may mitigate the ill-effects of eviction among residents of Cape Town.
