At Yale, he served as Executive Director of the Yale International Relations Association, competed with Yale's Model United Nations team, volunteered with Hemispheres, a community outreach international relations teaching program, and was an active member of the Yale European Undergraduates and the Yale Hellenic Society. Niko has previously worked at the European Parliament in Brussels as well as the consulting sector in Madrid. His research interests include diplomacy and security in the Mediterranean, as well as Ottoman history.
