Gabriela Guimaraes Weldon is a second-year law student interested in international human rights with a focus on economic, social, cultural, and environmental (ESCE) rights in Latin America. During her time in law school, she has interned at the European Court of Human Rights and at the Center for Justice and International Law–Brazil. Prior to law school, Gabriela worked at an education nonprofit in São Paulo and received her M.A. in Peacebuilding at the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia. She graduated from Harvard College in 2016 in History and Literature of Latin America.
