The role of emotional intelligence in youth crime

Fei is a PhD candidate at Fudan University, Shanghai, China. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University and an MBA degree from MIT Sloan-Fudan Management School at Fudan University. She believes that through the internet, psychology can make a big difference in the world.  In the past she has worked on projects related to prisoners’ social adaptivity, the professional psychological assessment of policemen and a collaborative project with the Mental Health Center in Shanghai. She has presented her research at a number of large conferences and meetings. She is currently engaged in the YEID (Youth Emotional Intelligence Development) public welfare program, a free emotional intelligence training program that reaches over 300 million youth in China.
