The Fox Fellowship International Exchange Program condemns the Russian invasion of Ukraine and announces the suspension of our institutional exchange partnership with Lomonosov Moscow State University. We would like to make clear that the suspension of the program is not intended to sanction or withdraw support from individual Russian scholars. Nevertheless, we are unable to sustain an exchange partnership with Russia under current circumstances.
