Alexandra Kozlova is a second-year PhD candidate at the School of Public Administration at Lomonosov Moscow State University. Her PhD thesis deals with the restructuring of distressed companies. She has been working on the topic of restructuring and insolvency for over four years. Alexandra gained academic and practical experience in finance whilst at a Tubingen University and a law firm in Munich, which also provided her with the opportunity to observe differences between nations legal systems. In 2013-2014 she has also been taking part in projects for the French Corporate Law Society and the World Bank, within their Law and Economics group.
