Ryan Nabil is the Director of Technology Policy and Senior Fellow at the National Taxpayers Foundation (NTUF) in Washington, DC, where he researches US and European artificial intelligence, data privacy, and innovation policy. As a Fox Fellow at Sciences Po Paris, he conducted research on UK/EU foreign policy toward China and Sino-Russian approaches to global governance. Ryan completed an MA in global affairs from Yale University, where he served as the Managing Editor of the Yale Journal of International Affairs and Research Fellow at Stanford US-Russia Forum. He has published more than 50 articles, op-eds, and blog posts in outlets including Foreign Affairs, The Diplomat, and The Washington Post. Ryan speaks English, French, German, and Bengali, and some Chinese, Hindi, and Russian.
