Katherine Cheasty Kornman is a student at Yale Law School, where she focuses on national security law and policy. Katherine completed her undergraduate degree at Columbia University, where she majored in History. Prior to law school, she worked as an analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York City and then as a researcher for a law firm in Lander, Wyoming. She came to law school to pursue her interest in security studies. She has been a Vice President of Yale Law School’s National Security Group and an Editor for the Yale Journal of International Law. Katherine’s research focuses on issues of intelligence, cybersecurity, and international security cooperation.
