Yundi You is a PhD candidate in the History Department at Fudan University and a 2013-14 Fox International Fellow at the Whitney and Betty MacMillan Center for International and Area Studies at Yale University. Yundi has been awarded the Graduate Student China National Fellowship (2012-13). In her doctoral project, Yundi examines the financial relationship between the Chinese Joint Board of the Four Government Banks and the US during 1940s, focusing on the bank system and financial strategy of Republic of China whilst evaluating how the aid from the US helped the National Government break through financial blockage during wartime.
