Project Title: 
Assessing private sector response to British Columbia's carbon tax

Lucian Go is a Yale Fox International Fellow researching climate change policy at the University of British Columbia. His research is focused on British Columbia’s carbon tax program, including its efficacy and its effects on private sector decision-making. Lucian holds a Master of Environmental Management from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, where he focused on energy and climate policy, and a BA from the University of California, Berkeley. Lucian has worked in the energy program at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) and on a variety of environmental consulting projects, including climate resilience policy in California’s Sierra Nevada region and geospatial analysis for urban forest planning in Bolivia.
