Explaining Continual Improvement in Public finance management in Russia

Ksenia Anisimova graduated with honors from Moscow State University with a major in public management and now she is a first-year PhD candidate at the School of Public Administration of Moscow State University. Her PhD thesis explores ways of improving public finance management. She has presented some of her work on this issue at international conferences and some of her work on strategic planning in the public sector has been already been published. As a student, Ksenia took part in an internship at Sciences Po (Paris, France). She also received an additional education in the sphere of law at Collège Universitaire Français de Moscou. Ksenia is currently employed by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and plans to increase her professional competence in the sphere of public finance.
