Alexander Kulnev is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the Moscow State University Law Faculty. In 2014 he graduated with honors from Moscow State University Law Faculty. The subject of his PhD thesis is freedom of expression as a constitutional right. Alexander has previously published on the subject of Blasphemy laws. As a Fox Fellow at Yale, Alexander plans to focus his research on the impact of the Internet on the concept of freedom of expression.
